Guest guest
Diane...I have no herbal ideas for you, however, I have totally weaned off of a lifetime of various sinus/allergy " remedies " for a couple a years now with the daily use of a neti pot (nasal irrigation with saline). It's cheap and effective. I ordered mine from www.healthandyoga.com. I am not affiliated with them in any way, and you can get a good neti pot many other places, so do not take that as an endorsement. This one thing completely changed how I " do " allergy season and it can be used in conjunction with other therapies. It's sort of like brushing your teeth, except you are cleaning out your nasal passages! I use my neti pot in conjunction with internal cleansing to help keep my condition in check. Hope you feel better soon! Guest guest
I have to agree with Amy. The neti pot has help my sinus problems considerably. I use it in the evening since I'm outside a lot during the day. Doc's Herbal Snuff Formula works well, too. It makes my eyes water but it sure does clear the sinus passages.
