Guest guest
Hi all, and good day Doc. Been lurking on here awhile but can't get the time every day. I read something awhile back about someone who lived in or near Council Bluffs, or maybe Omaha. Who was it?(Gina maybe?) We're up by Honey Creek and have organic farm fresh eggs available for anyone interested that's around here. I have two raw ones each morning in milk, buttermilk, or even O.J. As far as getting past the yucky part of drinking them, just mix them well(I use a hand mixer) and I believe the secret is to only use the same amount of liquid that the eggs provide. If you have 2 eggs and when mixed the glass is 1/3 full, only add 1/3 glass of whatever to it and stir, then shoot the whole thing down. With milk I sometimes add nutmeg and it sorta tastes like egg nog! Best of luck everyone. Bob.
