Guest guest
Good afternoon everyone, I have a question for anyone that can help me out here. I have a receding gum line....I brush my teeth several times a day and I also floss. There has been no gum bleeding or anything like that I just noticed that it seems to be receding....I know that Myrrh is really great for your gums but is there anything that you all can think of to stop them from receding and to reverse it? Thanks for your help Kisha "I can hear the coyotes when I laid in bed, thoughts of running away would invade my head and I would starve myself, but never lose a pound. Guest guest
Hi Kisha, Doc has some recipes in the files for healthier gums and he does suggest myrrh as well. There have been several awsome testimonies with it here too over the years, even as far as tightening loose teeth if memory serves me. You should check it out. fft > is there anything that you all can think of to stop them from receding and > to reverse it? > > Thanks for your help > Kisha > > " I can hear the coyotes when I laid in bed, > thoughts of running away would invade my head > and I would starve myself, but never lose a pound. > The pain never goes away it just moves around. Guest guest
Put cayenne in a water pick, that will create circulation which will create healing. Guest guest
Belive it or not you can brush your gums back. Be more gentle. More like a polish than a scrub. They probably won't return to the way they used to be. But they cayenne trick Gina mentioned is a new one to me. Couldn't hurt to try. Good luck NettieGina Kopera <ginakopera1 wrote: Put cayenne in a water pick, that will create circulation which will create healing. Guest guest
Hi, I have just joined the group and live in the UK. With regard to receding gums I would suggest looking for the cause, which as another member has suggested may be due to brushing too hard or dietry reasons. Smoking can cause gumes to recede. Regards, Ged
