Hi David -

I would also suggest some bodywork - obviously avoiding the contra-indicated

areas.

 

You could probably receive some gentle bodywork for your neck, lower

back/hip area, legs and feet (including Reflexology), arms, hands... And of

course, Energy Work like Reiki - to speed healing and help with pain.
