Have taken trazadone in the past with good results. Really would prefer a natural therapy. Any ideas? Much peace and love and thanks. Almost all of us are chronically under-exercised. The body just doesn't get tired enough to sleep well. Try adding a vigorous 45 minute daily walk to your routine.
