How long does it last? Have you noticed any health or weight improvements

from using so much? I have thought about buying it in a 5 gallon, but was

afraid I wouldn't use it fast enough.

Back when I used a lot less VCO, I had a 5 gallon pail which lsted me

a long time. 2 years, if memory serves me correctly. No sign of

degradation. I broke down the pail into 5 gallon containers, and

when I opened a gallon, I put it into quart containers. That way I

would not be dipping into the a 5 gallon pail every day.

 

Now, 5 gallons goes quickly.
