Coconut Oil - Miracle Medicine and Diet Pill

Has anyone used coconut oil as a substitute in their recipes when baking

etc? I want to do this just not sure if the amount would be the same? The

coconut oil would have to be liquid form first before substituting it for

vegetable oil when a recipe calls for it right?

I use it in Trader Joe's cornbread mix....equal exchange...and it is so moist

that I can hardly believe the taste and the texture...so, yes, it is an equal
