Guest guest
Just squeezed or just picked is always far superior. We have repeatedly seen studies reprinted here that confirm this. Squeezing lemons into juice is a form of processing. It is always better to eat the whole fruit rather than to juice it. If you juice it.. and there are good reason for juicing even if it is not the optimum... drink the juice on the spot. The bottom line is: walk through your organic garden, pick and eat your produce for the greatest health benefits. Did I miss anything? Blood-thinning drug could transform stroke treatment </message/57804;_ylc=X3o\ DMTJyYXV2Zm9yBF9TAzk3MzU5NzE1BGdycElkAzQxOTgyNTEEZ3Jwc3BJZAMxNzA1MDYwODE0BG1zZ0l\ kAzU3ODA0BHNlYwNkbXNnBHNsawN2bXNnBHN0aW1lAzEyNTE5OTA1NzA-> Posted by: " bestsurprise2002 " bestsurprise2002 <bestsurprise2002?Subject=%20Re%3ABlood-thinning%20drug%20could\ %20transform%20stroke%20treatment> bestsurprise2002 <http://profiles./bestsurprise2002> Thu Sep 3, 2009 7:08 am (PDT) Diet would not always do the trick, unfortunately. Some diseases actually make the blood thick and sluggish, for example - ones like Lyme Disease and also Bartonella come to mind very easily but there are a lot more. And who said that changing to a healthy diet is 'easy'???? Have you even tried it in this day and age where so much of our food is highly processed? Even organic food? Did you know for example that organic lemom juice is processed? I didn't at first; but evidently lemon juice goes bad otherwise. To get the health benefits of lemon juice you need ot use fresh squeezed lemon juice. blessings Shan
Guest guest
What amazed me about lemon juice is that even " organic " lemon juice in the stores has been processed and does not have the things in it anymore that make it a healing thing for indigestion. Yet it is supposed to be 'organic' and all that means in Canada. A few years ago I joined Bee Wilder's candida group and she insisted that the lemon juice had be taken 6 times a day and had to be organic. I started off buying 'REAL' concentrated lemon juice thinking that would be okay - it is not only processed but they put suphites in it as a preservative. I react to suphites too ......... So then I tried organic lemon juice in a bottle........ but this did not seem to do what I had been told it should do. When I finally used fresh whole lemons, I found that there were many benefits to lemoms in truth. And still use it before meals. What have these companies done to our foods - I am shocked that our food sources have been so messed with and 'we the people' have let this happen.............. blessings Shan , Jim Clark <huuman60 wrote: > > Just squeezed or just picked is always far superior.
