Hi Nancy!

 

Look into Nattokinase, Lumbrokinase, and Serrapeptase. These are enzymes

that are for this purpose. Natto is a formented bean that can be purchased

in pill form, or in an asian food market in the refrigerated section.

Airline pilots use it, as you can't fly if you're on Coumodin. (rat poison)
