Guest guest
Hey Liz, thanks for the info. I just want to say that I eat like that anyway. I rewrote your note, hope you don't mind before sending it to my friend and strongly believe you can heal anything. That's the way people ate before " civilized " society a lot and I eat that way now because of health challenges and just because it's healthy. I do eat some fish and chicken sometimes but not much and the rest I stick to. I cut out certain veggies like night shade and caffeine, sugar and booze, things like that are what make us sick in the first place, they're poison! There are also almost always emotional blocks that need to be changed along with one's attitude for real healing to take place, Take care and hang in there. Peace. See how the attitude is different? There are a lot of different diets that are extremely helpful, one of which cuts out sugar, wheat, gluten, dairy, additives, alcohol, caffeine, meat, certain fruits and veggies and juice. In other words, eat like we did before " civilized " society. I can't think of the name of the book, but I'd bet you could find it pretty easy if you googled " Crohn's diet " or something like that. Yoga and thai chi are always a good bet.
