Guest guest
--- Alobar- Do you realize that you are already paying for it in the form of higher taxes? Your tax dollars go to fund City Hospitals and clinicsd. That is what is wrong with some American companies, Healthcare cost is the second most expensive thing on the P & L labor is number 1. Most small businesses can not afford to offer healthcare. Something MUST be done. Unless someone is willing to fix it you will continue to have large American companies continue to struggle with the burden of providing healthcare for an sicker and aging population. I am for anyone willing to provide solutions. Be part of the solution and not part of the problem. I choose to embrace change. If you do not agree with some of the policies then contact your SENATOR/CONGRESSMAN that is what would I do. Alobar wrote: > A mandatory plan I must pay for is one I will refuse. Guest guest
Actually that is NOT correct. Blue shield does pay for alternative treatments, however the cost is much higher. ---- Jim Clark 8/4/2009 9:00:22 PM << >> Re: Obamacare Amen. Virtually no one had health insurance before 1960 and everyone was fine with that. They are trying to fix the wrong thing. It is the health care system that is broken. It gives you plenty of drugs, but not solutions. No healthcare insurance plan will pay for preventive medicine. Why not? Because there are no drugs involved. <>Re: Obamacare </message/57503 _ylc=X3oDMTJyOWdldGRwBF9TAzk3MzU5NzE1BGdycElkAzQxOTgyNTEEZ3Jwc3BJZAMxNzA1MDYw DE0BG1zZ0lkAzU3NTAzBHNlYwNkbXNnBHNsawN2bXNnBHN0aW1lAzEyNDkzOTgwNDQ-> Posted by: " Alobar " Alobar <Alobar?Subject=%20Re%3A%20Obamacare> wm_alobar <http://profiles./wm_alobar> Tue Aug 4, 2009 3:10 am (PDT) A mandatory plan I must pay for is one I will refuse. Guest guest
Back in the 1950s, my family's doctor made house calls for $5. When I had my appendix out in 1955, the total cost (doctor, anesthesiologist, 1 week hospital stay, blood) the total cost was about what my father made in less than 2 weeks. Low cost of healthcare means people can afford it. Alternative medicine is where I invest my money (vitamins, healthy food, etc.) But all the alternative supplements in the world would not help if I were hit by a car. Guest guest
Social security did not go broke. Greedy politicians raided the social security money to fund other projects. Post office works fairly well. Alobar On Tue, Aug 4, 2009 at 8:41 AM, robyn howell<robynehowell wrote: > Once you start it, you cant go back. It wont work. Name one thing the goverment has ran successfully. Medicare and social securtiy are broke bad. They helped cause the mortgage crisis. The reason health care is broken is because the goverment already is involved in around 50 percent of it. If you want to finish this country off money wise, just try this health thing and it is over. > >
Guest guest
What makes you think crooked congress critters will listen to me or anyone except the big corporations which buy their favor.
