Guest guest
I have inflammation in my right index and " finger " finger. I am acutely aware of this pain. My hand also tingles in the other fingers. I don't work at a keyboard for more than a hour a day. What steps can I take to cure this situation without NSAIDs? Regards, Chris
Guest guest
Hi Chris, I have fibromyalgia (pain throughout the body, but also in arms and legs) and I recently started taking magnesium and it has done wonders for the pain and inflammation. It has to be a highly absorbably magnesium and specifically, I am taking Mag Glycinate by Metagenics. I take about 500 mg a day. Your local vitamin store can probably point you in the right direction. I hope this helps. Hope you feel better soon!
