NUTRITIONAL AUTONOMIC RESPONSE TESTING

_http://www.royalrife.com/nart.html_ (http://www.royalrife.com/nart.html)

Nutritional autonomic response testing or NART is a method of muscle

testing to determine which tissues are stressed, which are the most stressed,

and which supplements are best for the tissue and person. This technology was

pioneered by Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt (ART)and Dr. Fred Ulan (NRT) with

additions from other sources. Principle: If a tissue is stressed, pressing on

the tissue will cause a muscle weakness in the person and in anyone who is

touching them. Principle: if a tissue is stressed, placing either the

problem or the solution on the body will make the arm strong. (Either mercury

or

chlorella will make the mercury-stressed tissue test strong.)

1. Test for a strong muscle: NART testing is usually done with the subject

reclining on their back. Their legs must not be crossed. The person should

be wearing their usual clothing, jewelry, glasses and watch so we can test

and see if these are problems. An arm is extended straight up toward the

ceiling with the fingers pointing up. The tester applies pressure to the

wrist, pushing toward the subject's feet. Pressure is gradually increased over

a period of about 2 seconds until the arm either gives or locks. You are

feeling for a lock or lack of lock. If there is no lock, use a second person

as an indirect tester. Have them stand near and touch the subject and use

their horizontal arm instead of the subject's arm. Or, use the items in

number 2 below to find the reason for the weakness.

2. Test for open regulation to see if the autonomic nervous system sends

adequate signals: Hold your fingers together, arched back. Place the center

the of your palm over either of the subject's ears. Their arm should go

weak. If it does not go weak, the autonomic nervous system regulation is

" blocked " . This must be corrected before any other test will be valid. Look

for:

Their watch. The quartz oscillator can irritate the nervous system and

prevent normal function.

Their glasses. A metal frame that goes all the way across the face can be

an issue. Glasses should have plastic frames or glass lenses with just a

wire connecting them. The temple part of the frame does not appear to be an

issue.

Food sensitivities. Place a vial of a quality enzyme such as Optimal

Digestive System or Zypan on or touching the subject and test for open

regulation again. When you find the material that opens the regulation, you

will

need to leave it there for the rest of the test.

Toxic metals. You can use a metals test kit or a vial of Metals Release on

or touching the subject and test the arm.

Chemicals. You can use chemical vials or either rubbing alcohol or DMSO

(either a cause or cure). Or you can use silymarin or Miracle II Neutralizer.

Infections. For this, you can use a thin plastic bag of all your infection

remedies.

Scars. (Common.) If the person has any scars, especially ones that have

been sutured, you or they can press on the scar and test. If a woman has had

an episiotomy, have them reach back and press on the area. You may be able

to keep their regulation open with a vial of wheat germ oil or sesame oil,

or other topical scar remedy. Scars can be treated with a small laser or

Scenar.

Teeth. An infected tooth socket can block a person. Use one of the Tooth

Tonic products.

Hiatal Hernia. Hiatal hernia is very common and it is very disruptive to

the whole body. If all else fails, you may need to correct this before

testing. And if you do correct it, the person may still not be testable until

the next day.

Need for chiropractic adjustment. It may be necessary to have adjustments

done before testing is possible.

Black clothing. The body has an electical field that is a bit like the

earth's magnetic field. Black clothing covering the navel often disrupts this

field and blocks the person.

Other possibilities. Jewelry or tattoos may block testing.

Record your findings. You can use the form at

3. Test for switching to see if autonomic nervous system messages are sent

accurately or if they are skewed or reversed: On either hand, have them

touch the tip of the pinky finger to the tip of the thumb. Test an arm. It

should stay strong. Then test the other hand. If either test fails, they are

switched. Check all the items in number 2 above. If both sides fail, the

person is double switched. This is often an autoimmune problem. You may be

able to unswitch them with items above, or with a sample of their own saliva,

or with cetyl myristoleate (a good remedy for auto- immune problems). The

material that corrects switching must be left on them for the rest of the

test.

4. It is now time to test individual tissues. If you have vials on them

due to blocking or switching, some stressed tissues will not test now. At

_http://www.royalrife.com/tissues.gif_ (http://www.royalrife.com/tissues.gif)

there is a diagram with some organ and tissue test points. You can test any

tissue by pressing on it. One of the most important points is for hiatal

hernia. It is not on the diagram. To test for this, find the point that is 2

inches below the bottom of the breastbone and press in and headword at an

angle. Test the arm. Probably more than half of those with health issues

have a hiatal hernia and it causes much stress in the body. For scars or skin

problems, press directly on the tissue. Record the tissues that are

stressed.

5. Prioritize: So now you have a list of organs and tissues that are

stressed. Now the person being tested takes the hand that is not being used for

testing uses the thumb and forefinger to touch themself in the hollow under

the collarbone where the collar bone meets the breastbone. These are the

K- 27 points in acupuncture. To find the points, follow the bottom edge of

the collarbones in to where they meet the breastbone. While the subject

holds these points, you test the stressed points again. Now, only the most

stressed point or points will test. This is the priority point(s) that we will

use to determine supplements to be used. Have them release the K-27 points.

Record your findings.

6. Check for food sensitivities. Place containers of common food allergens

on them or touching them and check to see if the arm goes weak. You cannot

do this if you are using enzymes to correct blocking or switching because

that will likely prevent the arm from going weak. Common allergens are

wheat, oats, corn, soy, milk, egg and sugar. If they react to wheat, try

sprouted wheat or spelt. If they react to most foods, it will be hard to

eliminate everything. They need a good enzyme and possibly betaine

hydrochloride as

a stomach acid replacement. Decide on your program and remove the

supplements unless they are needed to correct blocking or switching. Record

your

findings.

7. We are ready to test the priority point for the other stressors. Test

the priority point with each of the other stressors listed above under

number 2. If they have a heavy metal problem, you can decide on treatment and

record your findings. I prefer chlorella and Platinum Plus Essential Amino

Acids. Almost all who have health issues have some degree of digestive

failure. The result is that they do not have adequate free amino acids. They

are

protein starved at the amino acid level even if they live on steak. This

amino acid formula makes it possible for the body to make metallothionein

that the body uses to transport minerals and also toxic metals. I believe this

is by far the safest and most effective way to remove metals. The amino

acids also make it possible for them to make neurotransmitters and countless

other necessary materials. Determine your heavy metal program and then take

the supplements away. Record your findings.

If there is a chemical issue, decide on the supplement (such as

silymarin), remove it and record your findings. If there is an infection issue,

decide on the supplement then remove the treatment and record your findings.

8. Prioritize supplements: You now have a list of possible supplements.

Place them all on or touching the person. At this point, you do not need to

touch the stressed tissue. Test the arm to make sure that the whole

combination tests ok. Then have them touch the K-27 points again to give us

priority mode. Now take one of your remedies away. Test the arm. If the arm

goes

weak, bring the item back. If the arm stays strong when you take it away,

bring it back and re-test. If the arm goes weak, eliminate it. Using this

priority mode, you can determine if the body really wants a supplement, or if

it can be eliminated. In this way you can keep their supplement program as

simple as possible. You can test frequencies by running a wire from a

frequency source across the person's body. Skin contact is not necessary for

testing. Re-check all tissues and organs that were previously found to be

stressed to make sure that the nutritional program takes care of them too.

Other important concepts:

Two pointing is a useful technique. Let's say you have found that they

have a stressed gallbladder. Press on the gallbladder and the arm goes weak.

You have also noticed that if they press on their hysterectomy scar the arm

goes weak. So we have them press on their scar and we press on the

gallbladder at the same time and the arm goes strong! This shows that the scar

is

causing or contributing to the gallbladder problem.

Teeth are a problem for most people. For most, if you press on upper or

lower teeth or gums, the arm crashes. You can help the body heal cavitations

and also seal fillings so that they stop leaking mercury with this TBM

technique: Take a flat magnet and put the negative/north face on the cheek.

Shine a small laser pointer through the fillings, teeth and gums toward the

laser. Do about 10 seconds per tooth. Keep the laser away from eyes. The

fillings will be sealed until they have them polished again. The teeth should

now test strong.

Fixing hiatal hernias and other problems. If you fix a hiatal hernia, the

body may be so happy that no other tissues will test as stressed for the

rest of the session. Save this and other corrections for the end of the

session.

Thyroid and adrenal issues: If the person has a low temperature, or the

thyroid or adrenals test weak, be aware that the majority of adrenal issues

involve excess cortisol. " Adrenal exhaustion " is less common. Consider

testing for a need for Biotics ADHS which reduces cortisol, and for Biotics

Meda-Stim which aids conversion of T4 to the active T3. Excess cortisol

prevents this conversion. At http://www.royalrife.com/hypothyroid.html is more

on

this. Most Americans have an iodine deficiency.
