first aid Dressing tricks urgently needed for toddler

First of all he is ok and is being a trooper. Burn is mild but because of the

location it is very difficult.

runs under the chin and and down the neck diagonally.

 

It is one of those silver dressings with tape that comes off when wet. BEcause

he is a drooler it is constaly wet and i am constantly addind more dressings, an

he picks at it. The silver is staying on and isnt getting over moist.(big no no)

 

The drool makes it dirty and yuck especially at meal time. Question is does

anyone have any clever idea of how i can protect it. keeping in mind that a bib

is below the bandage line. and he is 17month climbing boy. (too much climbing)
