help please herniated disc l5s1

I have herniated disc 15s1. I would like to ask you if by chance any member of

this groups knows any supplement that can help restore or heal my herniated disc

pain

Do you live in an area where there is a chiropractic office with a cold laser

machine? Depending on the level of the laser, it can possibly help. Christie

My chiro asked if I took caluim and vit D several times. I think he

was hinting, which was okay becuase I do take them. Also aleo vera as

it halps with the pain.

Have you tried Ginger? My friend has had back surgury for this & she is eating

ginger & it has helped her. There was also a piece on the TV show the doctors

about a new surgury for this that has done amazingly well for people

standby.....marijuana... when smoked or eaten in very small amounts can also

help greatly. I have 2 freinds who do this. It is now legal in Nevada to use it

for medical reasons & they say it does them 10 times the pain management as the

vicodin & other narcotic drugs out there the doctor put them on. These are both

people in thier 50's & 60's. So good Luck!!
