Guest guest Posted July 9, 2009 Report Share Posted July 9, 2009 I started taking 50mg of 5HTP to help with irritability but I haven't really sensed a big difference. I've read that one should not take it on a continuous basis. Can anyone confirm this? Does anyone have any more info for irritability? Thanks.
