Guest guest
This is a personal preference issue that IMO is valid on both sides of the coin. But my observations in general are that the Chinese that I have dealt with are more likely to stay focused on the issue, more direct formuals, where the westerners like to treat everything at once. I.e. they will say, there is phlegm & fatigue we must obviously tonify the spleen. I don't think the latter is always a rule.
