This is a personal preference issue that IMO is valid on both sides

of the coin. But my observations in general are that the Chinese

that I have dealt with are more likely to stay focused on the issue,

more direct formuals, where the westerners like to treat everything

at once. I.e. they will say, there is phlegm & fatigue we must

obviously tonify the spleen. I don't think the latter is always a

rule. Comments?

Hello...first time writing to you...I like to walk and I do it every

morning...around 3 and a half miles on the tred mill..also do jogging..but here

lately it takes everything I have to keep going...I feel so fagigue..my legs

gets so weak and so does my arms..and I don't know what is going on with me..I

was just wondering maybe I'm lacking something..my age is 62 and I hope this has

nothing to do with it..because I have been doing this for some years now...is

there anything out there that I can take to feel like I have some energy..

Thank you
