Guest guest
This could make people ill. Try rolling a tiny pill-sized amount of the clay mixed into a paste, swallow with water between meals, but don't use if on any meds as it leaches the meds from your system, and be careful if you use as a face pack as it can and does dry up in the plumbing causing 1000's worth of damage. It is OK *in tiny amounts *but for all you mentioned below try live yoghurts and eating raw fruit andf vegetables between meals and maybe an enzyme supplement, CJ 2009/6/23 Norma Wildblue <pirie3 > Irene, I would recommend reading about and studying the use of bentonite > clay for symptoms such as yours.
