This could make people ill. Try rolling a tiny pill-sized amount of the clay

mixed into a paste, swallow with water between meals, but don't use if on

any meds as it leaches the meds from your system, and be careful if you use

as a face pack as it can and does dry up in the plumbing causing 1000's

worth of damage. It is OK *in tiny amounts *but for all you mentioned below

try live yoghurts and eating raw fruit andf vegetables between meals and

maybe an enzyme supplement,
