I apologise for pressing the send button rather early.

I also have trigeminal neuralgia. What do you recommend?

Hi,

May I ask at what level would you take lecithin?

400 mg? 800 mg? or more?

Thanks and take care,

Hi Guru,

I have taken lecithin for a long time without the results that I got from taking

benfotiamine. I still take lecithin in addition to the benfotiamine.

Regards,
