Guest guest
Hi there, There is a B vitamin called benfotiamine that helps with nerve damage. I currently take about 600 mg and I can now feel my feet again after years of feeling like I had these boots on even when I was barefoot. While neuropathy can occur in different ways, my own neuropathy is the result of diabetes. If you think of nerves as being electical wiring, then the damage to the nerves occurs with the outside covering. It is called the myelin sheath. Life Extension has benfotiamine. I cannot remember the name of the other company. But you can probably google it.
