Guest guest
I am dairy intolerant and therefore no longer use any dairy but now I am again dealing with loose stools, not frequent but I am tired of being awakened at 5:30am every morning for a miserable episode in the bathroom. I eat an extremely healthy diet. Due to the dairy intolerance which went undiagnosed by the allopathic doctors I was then seeing I lost 25% of my weight (30lbs). Now the problem is back and I must assume it is due to the many supplements that I take unless it is because I do eat fruit because I like it. Anyway if any of you know of supplements that I shouldn't take (I know about magnesium and use the dermal type instead.) I would appreciate any suggestions because it is no fun. It doesn't seems to be frequent but every morning I have to deal with it. Irene

I would recommend stopping your supplements to see if the problem stops and then add in supplements 1 at a time to identify which one is causing the problem. Guest guest
Irene, I would recommend reading about and studying the use of bentonite clay for symptoms such as yours. Then you could decide for yourself if it's use made sense to you and how to use it. You can google for many websites on the internet. And most health food stores have it available. I have used it for about ten years now, as a therapy for all kinds of situations that were causing me some nausea and/or diahrrea. Often, I did not know for sure if I had contracted a bug or virus, or had a load of parasites, or had eaten " off " food, or had a food intolerance starting up. . . using a teaspoon of clay mixed with distilled water about 3-5 times a day for 3 days always cleared it up. Usually the nausea was cleared up within hours. Now I never travel without it. It is also great topically for insect bites, or itchy spots, or strange rashes, and acne or facial blemishes.
