Reducing Diastolic Pressure - Help Please

Dear Members

        Today I was diagnosed with BP of 130/100 and doctor told me to reduce

diastolic pressure (lower level).Is it any natural remedy is there to reduce the

same

Iyer, The traditional natural remedies for high blood pressure (both high and

low levels) are hawthorn berry and flowers. Dandelion is also said to be

effective. Don't forget to take magnesium - this is probably the most important

mineral you can take. Preferable forms are magnesium chloride (taken

transdermally) and magnesium taurate.

 

I believe that fungus plays a role in restricting the flow of blood in arteries.

Therefore, take antifungals such as Pau D'Arco and Burdock root. The magnesium

will dissolve calcium deposits, if any.

 

Finally, to boost blood circulation, take niacin (nicotinic acid, the flushing

kind only) and cayenne pepper (the hotter the better). If you have difficulty

with very hot pepper, you can encapsulate it by purchasing capsules + a low cost

machine.
