Guest guest
Iyer, The traditional natural remedies for high blood pressure (both high and low levels) are hawthorn berry and flowers. Dandelion is also said to be effective. Don't forget to take magnesium - this is probably the most important mineral you can take. Preferable forms are magnesium chloride (taken transdermally) and magnesium taurate. I believe that fungus plays a role in restricting the flow of blood in arteries. Therefore, take antifungals such as Pau D'Arco and Burdock root. The magnesium will dissolve calcium deposits, if any. Finally, to boost blood circulation, take niacin (nicotinic acid, the flushing kind only) and cayenne pepper (the hotter the better). If you have difficulty with very hot pepper, you can encapsulate it by purchasing capsules + a low cost machine.
