anticoagulant therapy alternatives??

I was wondering if anyone could offer advice on an alternative for coumadin

therapy.  I've been taking coumadin for about 7 years and have really started to

notice that my hair is thinning.  I have several factors with my blood that

cause me to clot faster than " normal " people and was curious if there were other

options available.

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
