Guest guest Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 I have a " pulling " feeling on the bottom of one of my feet right at the point where the instep and heel connect. I don't always have this feeling, but it can be painful. It is not like a cramp but rather pain. Anyone have any idea what it might be, what might cause it and how it might be treated?
