I had asthma and hay fever when I was a toddler until I was an adult. In my 20s,

I started doing yoga and changed my diet to vegetarian. I no longer have asthma.

Asanas, meditation and pranayam can help alot along with diet. Also eat garlic,

onions and ginger.
