Hello I have a dear sister who has had a small stroke and the doctors

saw some bleeding in her brain. Is there any information out there to

help her with all natural products and diet change. She is generally

very healthy and exercises consistenly and looks very young to be 55

years of age. Her waist is very small and she doesn't drink or smoke. I

was surprised to hear this about her. Any suggestions would help ease my

mind. The doctors gave her some prescription but she couldn't afford it

and this has happened. Please help me to help my sister. Sonja

There are several interventions that should help her avoid future

strokes: First, she should alter her diet to improve the Omega 3/6

ratio by avoiding grains, no refined sugar, salt, and flour, and all

processed foods. To help with that, she should take a tablespoon of

Cod Liver oil per day, twice a day. Read about transdermal magnesium.

There is a book available in Amazon on it... rubbing a magnesium gel or

oil into the skin after a bath or taking baths in epsom salts. Spend

some time reading the Weston Price Foundation website including the

section on coconut oil. Take 2000 iu per day of Vit D, especially when

she is not getting adequate sun exposure. Eat uncooked foods when

possible, especially green salads and nuts. Finally, exercise is a good

preventive.. . weight training and cardio. There are more, but this is a

start.
