Guest guest
Inositol is one thing I have been using with some success along with B vitamins also help. GABA at a dosage from 750 to 1000 mg. is also part of my own personal regimen. I have social anxiety disorder and my panic attacks were so severe that I had to go to Wal-Mart in the middle of the night to do my grocery shopping. Then, one day, my mother bought a bread making machine at a garage sale and put me to work making bread. I did not like any artificial ingredients, so I found one that was nothing but natural ingredients. I ate that for about two weeks. Then, a situation came up where I ended up in a crowded place and I waited for the panic attack that never came. In looking over my food logbooks, the only change I had made was the whole wheat bread. So, I researched that and then realized that the whole wheat bread had B vitamins in it. I still make and eat my own whole wheat bread. However, I also supplement with B vitamins as well. Hope this helps, Linda Bastida --- On Sat, 4/18/09, tawnynicole001 <tawnynicole001 wrote: > tawnynicole001 <tawnynicole001 > << >> Re: Finding an alternative to Valium > > Saturday, April 18, 2009, 1:56 AM > Paula, > > I am currently going thru much of the same sittuation. > At a YOUNG age my doctors started medicating me for > migraines, anxiety and panic attacks, OCD, and mild bi-polar > disorder.
