Guest guest
What people need to do is have bowel movements, increase their fresh veggies (yes juicing) and eat healthy fats. The fats help the bile to move from the GB and Liver and pushes the Cholesterol into the intestines for the body to pass out. Sally Fallon: Good Fats Bad Fats.
