Guest guest
Shan's note: I might be wise to start off with 1 or 2 bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide in the bath. Especially if one is chemically sensitive or has any illness which effects the immune system. Then increase it slowly if one finds it necessary. The recommendation for 8 oz of 35% is for the standard 40 gallon tub. Best of Health! Dear Hal, You can use the drug store variety H2O2 if you need to. You use so little, I doubt it could hurt you. To make 3% from 35%, put one ounce of 35% in a glass bottle. Add 11 ounces of distilled water. Voila! 3%. You can certainly use the drug store variety in your tub if you can't get the 35%. Use 88 ounces of drugstore H2O2 to equal 8 ounces of 35%.
