We just gurgle ozonated water every morning, just after brushing. It has become a regular habit and takes just less than five minutes or so. At the end, we drink a full glass of ozonated water. I am not a Doctor and no Doctor has advised me to do so. We just tried that after reading a lot on the net and seeing the Bob Beck Protocol video available on YouTube. It gives us two feelings apart from the fact that it has got no side effects, since by fifteen minutes, ozone gets converted to active oxygen only: 1. A lost of foul-smelling stuff comes out of the mouth even after brushing giving us the impression and confidence that we have rendered our mouth infection-free. 2. We feel energised, probably for the reason that ozone gets absorbed by the oral tissues. We all talk about Hydrogen Peroxide, because it is cheap. But it is only a strong oxidiser that is working inside the mouth. Now, Ozone is 5.5 times stronger than even pure oxygen as an oxidiser (and oxygen is again a few times stronger than Hydrogen Peroxide). Ozoniser for these home uses is inexpensive and all the members of the family can be benifitted everyday. Dr. Bob Beck said that by using this everyday for a month, you will be surprised by the change in colour of your mouth internal. The colour will slowly turn towards that at your teenage period. It is no longer a matter of debate, on the contrary it is just fact. Not only tooth decay, for any kind of oral ulcer, ozone is very effectively used so easily that you do not need a Doctor for that. Ozone is not used as a raw chemical like hydrogen peroxide. It is diluted in water first. That liqour is drinkable, so the fear out of its oxidising strength is out of question.
