wondering about Dr Mark Hyman

HI Robin, I don't have any suggestions for you sorry, I am new and learning

this all myself as well, but I wanted to add that I am reading Dr. Hyman's

book called " The ultramind solution " and I must say that it's wonderful! I

love this book ,it is healing at it's best, using all natural approaches to

healing, he should know too, since he once had chronic faitigue syndrome

himself and they wanted him to take all sorts of meds, but he refused,

turns out he had heavy metal toxicity and vitamin and mineral deficiency,

once he fixed all of that, his depression lifted and his memory came back,

it's just amazing, I want to learn more about Dr. Mark Hyman for sure. I

also read a huge artlcle that was written about him in Life Extension

magazine, that is when I became interested in him and in his work, he is

brilliant, nice, open minded and funny.

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with Dr Mark Hyman? read

his books, seen his PBS infomercial, listened to his audio series, been a

patient of his? I am currently listening to his audio series and thus far

find it to be inspiring and educational. (I am only on disc 2 of 8 so a

long ways to go.)

 

I am interested in promoting health through the foods that we eat and

supplementing for my family on the nutrients that I am certain that we are

lacking. We are also using supplements to help my 7 year old heal from

toxic levels of aluminum, tin, cadmium, and mercury. Her reaction to these

heavy metals has been extreme behavior -ADD symptoms, aggression, also

physical pain -aching legs, headaches, confusion and several food

intolerances/allergies.

 

Any suggestions on children's health and nutrition would be greatly

appreciated?
