Guest guest Posted March 20, 2009 Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 About a year ago my hip started hurting when I walked accress the college campus and I was told it was from lack of cartilage. A naturopath said I need to exercise to keep the muscles strong and swimming is the best way but the YMCA I'm a member of puts so much clorine in their pool I get headaches. This can't be good for joint health I thought so does anyone know of a better way to promote circulation and strengthen the surounding muscles of my legs with low stress to the hip joints?
