CT w/contrast Scheduled, what should I take to remove effects???

I am going for a repeat Cat Scan with Contrast injected into my abdomen, so they

can see a nodule on my pancreas, if it has increased or changed in size.

I have been reading about heavy metals binding to foods, and things like this,

and was wondering if anyone knows about Ct scans, and what herbs/foods I should

be powering up on before the test, and after to help elimination.

They are testing my kidneys to make sure they can handle this contrast stuff,

and say to drink a lot of water to flush it out afterwards, but that is

mainstream medicine telling me that.

I am diabetic too.
