Chakra Healing

Are there any here who are experienced in chakra healing? I believe in the power

of positive thought and manifesting reality, but these chakras are real. I can

sense them...especially my heart chakra which can often times be in pain. I was

wondering about some effective ways to work with them without spending a ton of

money. I know that there are colors that correspond and they each have a name. I

have a few books, but as far as self-healing goes what is there I can do? I also

wonder if I can help heal my mom she has been getting these awful headaches,

perhaps there is a root cause for that as well. I am very interested in

vibrational medicine.

Gabrielle, check out these web sites for more information on chakra healing.  (I

like the last one, in particular, with a chakra meditation.)  Separately or

inconjunction with meditation, you can also use stones/crystals in colors

corresponding to the various chakras.  For example, a green stone (emerald,

malachite) would be used for issues with the heart chakra and a violet or clear

stone (amethyst, diamond, clear quartz) for headaches.
