Guest guest
Sonja, my wife and I haven't had any hypertension problems at all, and we've been taking baking soda for months. Perhaps it is because we supplement with magnesium taurate. The comment from Jim about NOT taking baking soda before a meal is a good one. It is best to take the baking soda about 1-2 hours after each meal. Caution: It will cause burping temporarily! John from Israel , Sonja Mack <sonjamack123 wrote: > > Baking soda? Monitor your urine and saliva with pH strips to verify your condition. Your pH should be over 6.8 for either test. If not, you are overly acidic. To become more alkaline, eat lots of dried figs, cucumbers, lettuce, and raisins. Also, take 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) in a glass of water three times per day. This regimen will not only clear up osteoporosis, but will address any fungal issues that you may have.
