Guest guest
I can post this to the ozone group mentioned in an earlier post if needed. My holistic dentist is recommending I get disinfection with ozone for bacteria in my mouth. He showed me a picture of the bacteria and white blood cells in my gums. I do not know what the picture of a normal person looks like. He said it was much more than I should have. The treatment sounds good, but cost about $1700. Has anyone had this done and think it is really worth the money? Thanks, Christie
Guest guest
Richard, Probiotics make me very sick. For colloidal silver, do you need a special rinse kind? I have the kind with a dropper. How much hydrogen peroxide do you use? I am chemically sensitive so have to be careful what I use. I do have some Tom's of Maine mouthwash right now. Thanks , Richard Silva <silvaworks wrote: > Why didn't he suggest colloidal silver, probiotics or saline rinses? Guest guest
Honestly, this 'treatment' sounds like a scam--I would just use a hydrogen peroxide wash (just mix half hydrogen peroxide, half water, then spit it out). Hydrogen peroxide will kill any bacteria in your mouth just fine. Guest guest
I have been using hydrogen peroxide to both swish around my mouth after brushing and also to store toothbrush in....for years. Store bought 3%, no need to dilute just don't swallow of course. Been using Ozone for years also just not for dental matters, I drink 6-8 glasses a day and breath Ozone through extra virgin olive oil 30-90 min. a day also use it for ear insuffation, funneling directly on almost any part of the body except eyes. The machines cost a bit but for overall health maintenance....I'm a beliver! Bob
Guest guest
Peroxide is good as bicarbonate of soda for external use but will not go deeper in our gums' tissue. Guest guest
William I don't quite understand this. How do you breathe through olive oil? Would you please clarify this? Guest guest
I've been oil pulling with the VCO for over a year now. Guest guest
Thanks, there was not a doctor listed nearby. I will look into this more in the future. I can't afford it anytime soon. I may try the hydrogen peroxide some for now in addition to the oil pulling with VCO I already do. Guest guest
you need the equipment and accessories....there is a group...OzoneTherapy...everything about Ozone and the different protocals. take the tube leading from the Ozone machine and attach it an empty, air filled canister. another turbe connects this canister to another canister filled with 2 " of extra virgin olive oil and another tube comes out of this canister leading to a facemask. Ozone has been and still is being used all over the world. Bob
Guest guest
Do you have any data on using this? I have used hydrogen peroxide before but I am afraid to use it. When I spill even a drop, it turns my skin white. I just wonder what it does to the enamel and to the mucus membranes. Until I have more data, I will not use it. You say that ozone is even stronger so that would make me even less likely to use it. But it is only a strong oxidiser that is working inside the mouth. Now, Ozone is 5.5 times stronger than even pure oxygen as an oxidiser (and oxygen is again a few times stronger than Hydrogen Peroxide). > > Ozoniser for these home uses is inexpensive and all the members of the family can be benifitted everyday. Dr. Bob Beck said that by using this everyday for a month, you will be surprised by the change in colour of your mouth internal. The colour will slowly turn towards that at your teenage period. > > Saktibrata Dasgupta. > > --- On Fri, 10/4/09, william heene <wmheene wrote: > > > william heene <wmheene > << >> Re: Ozone for mouth bacteria? > > Friday, 10 April, 2009, 8:44 PM > > you need the equipment and accessories. ...there is a group...OzoneTherap y...everything about Ozone and the different protocals. > > > take the tube leading from the Ozone machine and attach it an empty, air filled canister. another turbe connects this canister to another canister filled with 2 " of extra virgin olive oil and another tube comes out of this canister leading to a facemask. > > Ozone has been and still is being used all over the world.
