Guest guest
I am usually good with recommending remedies that I learn from this group. However, there is one that still baffles me. I have a friend who has a sinus infection and this is causing an ear infection. I know this happens a lot so there must be some remedies out there....any suggestions? Lynn Also, another young friend is iron anemic but has difficulty with the iron supplement that her doctor prescribes. Any suggestions here
Guest guest
According to a study that the Mayo Clinic did in 1999 - 96% of sinus infections are caused by fungus. In September 1999, Johns Hopkins medical researchers confirmed that virtually all chronic sinus infections were due to fungus. Not all findiings are that solid. As a matter of fact, few are. Rather, scientists seem confused and startled at their own discoveries with regard to fungus. Fungus makes poisonous byproducts called mycotoxins. Antibiotics are one class of mycotoxins. Without this knowledge, however, many questions are raised when researchers stumble onto this seemingly elementary fact. Recently, researchers have discovered that antibiotics are contributing to everything from 2nd heart attacks to breast cancer. It is our hope that someday when discoveries like these are made, logic will supercede confusion. http://www.knowthecause.com/Articles/tabid/56/newsid614/28/Why-Physicians-No-Lon\ ger-Know-About-Fungi-An-Expose-On-Nystatin-/Default.aspx Mayo Clinic Study Implicates Fungus As Cause Of Chronic Sinusitis ScienceDaily (Sep. 10, 1999) — **We can now begin to treat the cause of the problem instead of the symptoms**. The researchers studied 210 patients with chronic sinusitis. Using new methods of collecting and testing mucus from the nose, they discovered fungus in 96 percent of the patients' mucus. They identified a total of 40 different kinds of fungi in these patients, with an average of 2.7 kinds per patient. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/1999/09/990910080344.htm So if I was your friend, I would take an anti-fungal as well as put drops of hyrdogen peroxide in my ear plus colloial silver in my eye on the same of the head as the sore ear. I know that the eye is not an issue - but the ear, eye and sinuses are all very close together and so it is a precautionery thing but also because what you put in your eye is very likely to effect to some degree your sinuses and ear too. When putting hydrogen peroxide drops in the ear; keep them there for 5 minutes. You should hear a popping and crackling after about a minute or less but even if the sounds stop, keep the hyrogen peroxide in the ear for a full 5 minutes and do this 2 to 3 times a day until the ear is not painful anymore - then 1 x a day for one or two days to make sure all of the infection is gone. blessings Shan , " Lynn Koiner " <koiner wrote: > > I am usually good with recommending remedies that I learn from this group. Guest guest
This sinus/ear infection happened to me recently. My very good chiro took care of it and i also took a lot of colloidal silver. This can also be caused by lymph node drainage being blocked. Have a lymph massage. Melly
