Guest guest
HI Mia, :-) In Suzane Somers book it talks about SELENIUM for mercury detox, also zinc. I'm starting there first. Taking selenium ( 200 mg a day) and zinc to rid my body of the mercury...I intend to have my fillings replaced this year sometime. Have you decided when you're having yours removed? ~Amy~ HealingTheBody , star1978 <angelldust2 wrote: > > HI Mia, > I would avoid chelation until fillings are removed as you could cause redistribution and make things a lot worse, however you are on the right track treating the adrenal/thyroid as chelation can be hard on these. > > This is a really good site to read about amalgam removal/ chelation: > > http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/ > > http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/mercury_amalgam_removal. html > > http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/chelationnetwork/ > > Please make sure you do your research before going ahead!!
