HI Mia, :-)

In Suzane Somers book it talks about SELENIUM for mercury detox, also

zinc.

I'm starting there first. Taking selenium ( 200 mg a day) and zinc

to rid my body of the mercury...I intend to have my fillings replaced

this year sometime.

Have you decided when you're having yours removed?

cause redistribution and make things a lot worse, however you are on

the right track treating the adrenal/thyroid as chelation can be hard

on these.
