Guest guest
Celery, carrots, brocoli; mackeral; oatmeal, grapefruit. GARLIC. ( A stalk of celery can lower pressure by 10 points.) Avoid salt and dead things-ie meat, things with blood or fat in it. Eat living things...find Jack Lalaiane on TV and listen. The old guy is quite on target. Also an old book called the McDougald diet is quite good for a number of healthy solutions. Mike wrote: > > I am wondering if there are any foods that help hypertension.
