This is my brainstorm. Are you ready?

You know when you are tired. Problem is, some of us get the message

and get some rest, most of us don't, which is a big mistake. We

also know when we are hungry. Some of us try to put healthy things

into our body to feed that hunger and some of us don't.

We only get one body in this life. It isn't replaceable at the Mayo

clinic, or John's Hopkins hospital. They may have some spare parts

lying around, from others of us who don't need them anymore but

probably because those people are dead. (Dead because they didn't

put good stuff into their vessel, or didn't rest, or whatever.)

By the way, our body is a vessel, or a machine just like a boat or a

car. We sail through life in it. It takes us wherever we go or

not. Depending on the incredibly scientific theory, of garbage in

garbage out, or not again depending on how much of that garbage is

loaded in our colon. In this case it would be true that we are as

full of it as those who tell us they know how to fix the body better

than it knows how to fix itself. My God , and I do mean my God,

where was I? Oh yes, garbage in... which in this case turns us

into spare parts, which somehow became a noble thing to do, or in

today's jargon: " The politically correct thing to do. "

Give your body a drink of water, oxygen and

mineral rich. Through scientific research, our collected and

collective intelligence, which binds us all, teaches us how to live

in a natural way and then the world intervenes and we learn to

ignore this wisdom. If we didn't we wouldn't drink soft drinks

instead of water. White noise and hype over-ride the natural

systems intelligent needs. We, then, make bad unnatural choices.

All of us have had our intuition battered by science, which is not

old enough by any measure of natural intelligence to know better.

Science is like a child running around in a grown-up world

screaming, try it. Dare you.

My question is simply; Why not begin believing in ourselves again?

We are truly our own best medicine. Our body is the most advanced

thinking sensory machine on this planet. It processes more data and

recreates more parts in a day than most medical institutions with

the best equipment & science. Fully ninety nine percent of

everything that goes wrong with our body during our lifetime fixes

itself, without any assistance. Why don't we trust ourselves any

longer?

Our instincts and intuitions have led us to this new age of

scientific discovery over thousands of years and a bunch of trial

and error, not the other way around as scientists would have us

believe. Our body still heals itself the vast majority of the time,

yet we allowed that petulant child called modern medicine espouse

the false message that it heals better than God and nature when the

reality is they heal nothing. Believe me Xx water is the healing

product of today, tomorrow and the following century.

Personally, I would rather take my supplements, and go for a brisk

walk while carrying my, Xxxx WATER - not COLOR Bull (which is bull),

Cola (which things don't go better with), SEXY Cola (which really

isn't " The One " ), and none of them are the " Real Thing " .

Xx water and a brisk walk make me feel better. Cola, COLOR bull and

sweet tea make me heavier, tired and thirsty because they dehydrate

me. The choice is ours. Feel better, be healthier or believe the

lies.

transmutation, which my body performs very well. This happens

This oath is as poignant today as when invoked thousands of years

ago, and like natural wisdom it is ignored. Give your heart a drink

of water if you are tired. It is in the research. Give your heart a

drink of water if you are frustrated, confused or depressed. It is

in the medical research. Give your kidneys, eyes, brain stem,

spinal discs, blood stream, liver and all our other internal

workings a drink of water.

Take back the phrase Physician Heal thyself, because as God

intended, we are our own best doctor, and pure water with ionic

minerals is one of the greatest miracles we can bestow on

ourselves. Once we look at ourselves and assess what damage we have

done to our own body which serves us so well, even when we abuse it

often, then we will be ready to join an army of people changing the

world simply by sharing information which is in the medical research

and has been for decades

My new mantra for 2009; " Quacks of the world Unite " . Join us.

Let's be responsible for ourselves and accountable to God and each

other. It will be a better world for it. We need each other more

than ever and its time for the inmates to start running the asylum.

We are dependant on each other for survival. Kindness and the truth

never go out of style.

A psychiatrist leaving the mental hospital at dusk as darkness was

falling got a flat tire. Fearing for his safety he scurried trying

to fix the tire. Very organized, he placed his lug nuts in the hub

cap for safe keeping and promptly stepped on it flipping all the

nuts down the sewer. Frantic, he looked around wondering what to do

when he heard a voice from inside the hospital. It was one of the

inmates saying. " Take one nut off each of the other wheels and use

them to fasten your spare to the car.' The Psychiatrist turned and

said " How clever a solution. Why are you in here? " The patient

replied; " Hey, Doc, I am in here because I'm crazy not because I

am stupid. "

For 2009, I wish all of us a spring in our step, a unity of purpose,

prosperity beyond imagination and humor and good sense to share it

all with others.

May God hold each of you close in Heart.
