Guest guest
Without giving you a brand, you can tell a " good " multi-vitamin by the quantity of tablets recommended on a daily basis. A good multi will require about eight large capsules. Garden of Life makes a good one, but most of the supplement suppliers also sell good ones. Swanson sells gender specific and more condition specific multi's. If you have health problems, you should do your homework and augment them to fit your problems. Vitamins are guesses by the company as to what you really need and you can get too much of some nutrients even if they are totally plant based... and plant based nutrients are what you should be striving for. If you see such chemicals as ferric oxide and other metallic minerals on their ingredient list, avoid them. You are better off taking nothing.
