Recommended Posts

1. Increased Vitamin D-3 (3000 mg/day)

2. Daily olive leaf extract

3. Limited travel

4. Less contact with people with colds.

5. Less dining out, Eating at home: salmon, chicken, blueberries, nuts,

peppers, broccoli

6. Losing 1 pound/week on a diet
