Guest guest
Hi Nikki, What kind of foods do you eat? Specifically, are the fruits and vegetables cooked or raw? Do you eat any type of meat? If so, then how do you cook the meat? By baking it? By broiling it? Or by frying it in a skillet? If you cook it in grease, then what kind of grease do you use and how high do you set the temperature? Diabetes has become an epidemic, yet although well meaning doctors have ways to control the blood sugar, they do not know the mechanism that actually causes it to happen in the first place. One mistake with diabetes is to think that it is a problem metabolizing sugar, when the reality is that it is a problem metabolizing bad fats that causes the ability to metabolize sugars to break down. Example: You are driving your car and you run over a big hole. Now, the tire might blow out on impact. Or it might not blowout, but your wheels get misaligned. This will ultimately lead to brake pads becoming worn, turning the rotors, and drums might even have to be replaced. Additionally, you might also have some problem to the transmission. So, running over the hole can cause more than one problem. In the same way, bad fats, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated fats and oils can cause more than one problem. Diabetes is only one problem caused by bad fats that makes the blood metabolism system break down. You can also have heart disease and an overweight condition. Here is the important thing to remember. You need to have essential fats. Salmon oil, flax oil, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oils are the good oils to include in your diet. Without the good fats, the doors to your cells become stiff and then insulin is unable to transport glucose into the cell. So, it dumps it into your blood stream.
