Crash diet never helps in loosing weight. Take your normal diet. During exercise

increase the repetitions, watch your protein intake. It shall be 1 gm per kg of

body weight. Then see the results.

I have been dieting like " fiend " and just am loosing no weight. Besides more

exercise any suggestions for something to take that would help me to loose the

weight I should be justified with loosing after eating so little food each

day??? thanks.
