Natural Anti- Fungals - STREP THROAT

And what is the best way to get more Mg that is bio available

and absorbable...I struggle w/ that...there are so many forms of Mg

and there seems to not be a good consensus...i have even gotten the sea crystals

and made Mg oil for topical use...i guess it all helps...

Guessing we are all rather deficient in this mineral, if what I read is correct.

No that is Bee Wilder's website. I am the owner of MCS-Canada

which is a group for Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, Allergies,

digestive issues, candida, respiratory problems, ME,

Wow, that is interesting stuff!

 

I did seem to beat her strep throat though, but the problem now is that she

has this horrible cough at night time, it's only at night after she lays

down. I don't know how to get rid of it, but it's bad, it keeps my daughter

up all night now. Any ideas?
