Why do I itch so much?

Itching can be the first sign of diabetes.

Hi, Have you tried untreated, raw shea butter? It is a very good

moisterizer. You just rub it between your hands to soften it, then

onto the face. I use it in my soap too.

You might have extreme yin deficiency dryness.

 

You very likely need to drink more water, throughout the day.  You could try

some raw vegetable and fruit juicing as well.

 

American ginseng might help.  Don't get Renshen ginseng, get American

ginseng.  It's much more yin, which is what I think you probably need.

It may be something as simple as having very hard water.  Or, you may need to

wash with a soap for sensative, dry skin.  Or both!  I agree that drinking more

water probably couldn't hurt and I would definately check the allergies and

especially candida as well.  I know when I eat too many carbs or sugar for too

long, I get flare-ups of candida and I itch like crazy.  You would think we

would know better than to do stuff that makes us uncomfortable!
