Guest guest
fish oil is potent for healing because fish feed on algae. Blue Algae or Spirulina has many times over the healing properties of fish oil. I regularly take a capsule that is a combination of algae, flax and borage oil. This has all the omega's in it.When I injured my knee in a fall from a ladder years ago, taking shark cartilage had me literally up and running in under three months... Guest guest
My knees do the same thing. I especially notice it when I'm walking up stairs. The only thing that I've found to work for me is Ambrotose by Mannatech. You can read more about it at www.mannatech.com I don't sell the stuff so I'm getting no kick backs from telling you this. , " Drhawk " <drhawk wrote: > > I am having problems with my knees cracking. Guest guest
Thanks all for your words of wisdom. Now, after 2 doctors and a chiropractor I am beginning to think that it might be a cartlidge problem as my knees " catch " , feel rather weak and sometimes feel rather disjointed. I am having trouble getting up after sitting a while etc. So, knowing this, would you guys still recommend MSN, boiling bones for the juice etc. A steroid shot has been recommended to me and possible orthoscopic surgery where they would go in and clean the cartlidge or something. So, any thoughts or experience on this would be so appreciated. Thanks

Guest guest
My thought is stay away from steroid shots as much as possible, try anything in the world before doing something like that. They will give you immediate relief but in the long run make the problem much worse from my understanding. I read a book called: Artrhitis, Reverse Underlying Causes of Arthritis with Clinically Proven Alternative Therapies. You can get it on Amazon for a song. I'm also trying a raw diet including raw meat which actually saved my new friend's life. He gave me a book called: Recipe for Living Without Disease. In just three days I feel better and stronger on a diet of raw bison, butter, milk, cheese, cream and honey. I slice the meat thin or put it in a food processor and smother it in butter and honey, it's actually delicious.
Guest guest
Steroids makes one's bones brittle. One has to take care of tripping or falling becauset his/her bones can break. Melly
Guest guest
Rub your knees with Comfrey Root tincture twice to three times a day and you will see improvement. Sometimes I have seen people feel better in days. Katu
