Guest guest Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 What about torn tissue? What constitutes proper exercise? Isotonic? Isometric? Load bearing? Fatigue-oriented? If the tear is in the widest part of the body, is the regime the same as if the tear is at the point-of-origin/insertion? Or is exercise contraindicated until a later phase of the recovery? How does a body builder come back from a blown/severed bicep?
