In either case, he is correct (as have been thousands of Dr's before him) that a lifestyle change is needed to correct Fibro. He uses mild, low impact exercise, such as Tai Chi, TENS therapy with massage, elimination of coffee, tobacco and alcohol, Chlorella 10g daily, Calcium 1500g daily, magnesium, 600-750 mg daily, acidopholus, lecithin, antioxidants: vit a 400-1600 IU/day, vit c 500 mg twice a day, selenium, coenzyme Q10 75 mg per day. Sleep promoting agents: St. John's Wort, 300mg three times daily or as a tea, Kava 100mg three times daily or as a tea, Valerian, 400-900mg before bed German Chamomile 2-8g three times a day or as a tea Anti-Inflammatories: Tumeric .5-1g 2-3 times per day Ginger as a tea up to four cups per day For energy, Ginseng. He recommends " gota kola " 1-3 cups per day. Meditation is good. He highly recommends biofeedback and hypnosis. Yoga and QiGong are very good, and he especially recommends Tai Chi.
